his nutrient-fueled wholefood flapjack mix is vegan friendly and gluten free. It is super tasty and easy to prepare. Simply scoop, mix and fry for instant fluffy, flapjack goodness!

Buckwheat, chickpeas, dates, banana, chia seeds, maca, apple cider vinegar and baking soda. 100% vegan and gluten free. Simply add water or nut milk.
250g makes 15 flapjacks with an approximate 8cm diameter. Serve with date syrup or maple syrup, a generous dollop of nut butter, some banana, cinnamon and toasted almond shavings. Top with a berry compote and granola.
INSTRUCTIONS (for three/ 3 flapjacks
1. Mix 1/3 of a cup (80g) of flapjack mix with 90ml of cold water or nut milk.
2. Heat a non-stick pan to high heat. Add oil. (Coconut oil works well.)
3. Add a third of the batter to the pan.
4. Cook each flapjack for approximately two minutes. Watch for bubbles on the first side, then flip and cook for another minute.
If the batter is not thick enough, add more powder. If it is too thick, add a little water.
Turn down the heat if the edges are browning too fast.
Add date syrup or chocolate chips to the batter for a more decadent experience.
Make smaller flapjacks for easier flipping.
