Keep refrigerated and cook thoroughly before serving.
Use within 3 days of opening.
If purchased frozen –
Thaw in the refrigerator before cooking and consume within 7 days. Do not refreeze.
Fully cook to internal temperature of 165°F.
Not recommended –
Boiling, Microwaving or cooking from frozen.
Heat a non-stick pan to the medium-high and cook for about 6 minutes, turning frequently.
Pre-heat covered grill to 500°F.
Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6v minutes, turning halfway through.
Set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475°F), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently.
