Recommended cooking instructions –
Pre-heat grill or pan to high heat and cook for 4 minutes per side.
Do not overcook, interior of the patty will still be red or pink when fully cooked.
Fully cooked when internal temperature is 165F.

Product might thaw a little during shipment, safe to refreeze.
Ingredients: Pea protein isolate, expeller pressed canola oil, refined coconut oil, water, yeast extract, maltodextrin, succinic acid, natural flavors, gum arabic, sunflower oil, salt, acetic acid, non-gmo modified food starch, cellulose from bamboo, ascorbic acid (to maintain color), methylcellulose, potato starch, beet juice extract (for color), , annatto extract (for color), citrus fruit extract (to maintain quality), vegetable glycerin.
